Birthe & Niklas marry in spring at Horneburg town hall. For their couple portraits, we walk through the old town among light façades, brickwork and flowering rhododendrons. Birthe wears a white jumpsuit, Niklas a green suit.

The rhododendrons are in full bloom. Purple and fresh green behind the two of them, white flowers in Birthe’s hands. In between, a kiss and a smile.

THE OLD TOWN.
We walk through the old town. Old shutters, a brick façade and the trees make for very different photos. Sometimes the two of them pause, sometimes they just keep walking.

Inside the town hall, rings are exchanged. The camera stays close to their hands. Afterwards, there are hugs, and the guests welcome the couple outside.

MARRIED.
Outside the town hall, hands go up. The guests clap, Birthe & Niklas laugh. One more hug, then everyone heads on through Horneburg together.
